Job Title: Handyman
Busy Commercial Property Maintenance Company seeks an experienced Handyman with broad knowledge of construction and repair tasks. We need an organized, company-oriented multi-tasker with exceptional craftsmanship to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. The role requires proficiency in multiple trades, including door and lock installation/repairs, painting, stucco, concrete, asphalt, electrical work, drywall, 2x4 construction, and stone/brick repair. Candidates must provide their own tools.
Position Requirements:
- Working knowledge of multiple construction trades (e.g., door/lock installation and repair, painting, stucco, concrete, asphalt, electrical, drywall, 2x4 construction, stone/brick repair).
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or GED (minimum).
- Prior experience in construction or handyman services.
- Must provide own tools.
Ideal Candidate:
- Valid CDL License (preferred).
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM+ (40+ hours/week).
- Weekends as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
