Responsibilities (Not Limited To):
- Write up orders in our Harley-Davidson Service Department per customer requests
- Understand our customers on their repair/service needs, upsell performance upgrades & accessories
- Take incoming customer calls on repair/service
- Input service details into our Dealer Management System (Lightspeed)
- Manage Technicians time & maintain service schedules
- Submit warranty claims, insurance claims, pre-paid maintenance & service contract work orders for reimbursement
- Keep customers updated about service repairs using our customer relations systems
Requirements:
- Must have automotive or motorcycle experience as well as experience working with/for a dealership
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Able to maintain composure under pressure
- Experience working with Harley-Davidson motorcycles
- Organizational Skills
- Can multi-task & keep high energy during high volume periods
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $900.00 per week
