Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Head Chef role located in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and food preparation. This includes creating menus and recipes, ordering ingredients, managing staff, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. Additionally, the Head Chef will be a member of the leadership team contributing to planning and executive special events, team leadership and training, and general store operations.
Qualifications
- Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management skills
- Food preparation and cooking skills
- Ability to create menus and recipes
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing kitchen staff
- Ability to monitor and hit labor and food cost standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Food Safety Certification
Previous experience with start ups and restaurant launches is a plus.
Restaurant: 5 years (Required)
Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager: 2 years (Strongly Prefered)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
