About Us
Chitti Future School is an initiative by LMES Academy, one of India’s leading STEM education companies, with over 10 lakh students impacted and deep collaborations with institutions like ISRO. As we expand into the United States, we are building a strong foundation to deliver high-impact, hands-on STEM education for students aged 6–16.
We are now setting up our first set of STEM learning centers and online education programs across the U.S., and are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our sales and enrollment strategy in this new market.
Role Overview
As an early and critical hire, the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) will not only lead our sales strategy but also be the face of the company in the U.S. This role is ideal for a leader who wants to grow rapidly with the organization and play a key part in scaling operations nationwide.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Team Management
- Recruit, lead, and mentor the national sales team for both physical and online programs.
- Define KPIs, incentive structures, sales targets, and performance review processes.
- Continuously refine sales pitch and customer engagement strategies.
- Represent the brand during student demo sessions at our STEM centers.
- Deliver high-conversion presentations to parents to convert trial sessions into long-term program enrollments.
- Guide the online team in conducting one-to-one demo sessions and closing sales effectively.
- Collaborate with schools, educational expos, community events, and government entities to expand outreach.
- Build and nurture institutional partnerships that drive long-term growth.
- Design and optimize both online and offline sales funnels.
- Monitor data and analytics to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition cost.
- Contribute to company-wide strategy discussions and expansion planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in EdTech, education, or high-touch B2C.
- Strong experience in parent/student engagement and education lifecycle sales.
- Exceptional public speaking, team leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Experience scaling sales operations and building teams from the ground up.
- Passion for education and a strong belief in the transformative power of STEM.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
