Full Time Healthcare Interior Designer:
The Interior Designer will work in a creative, fast-paced and growing healthcare-focused interior design firm. Responsibilities include Revit construction documents, finishes knowledge and selection, field verification, client interface, coordination with MEPs and other consultants, and limited construction administration.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture required from a CIDA accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial interior design, preferably in healthcare.
- Must be proficient in Revit.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction document preparation.
- Effective verbal and written skills.
- Architectural detailing skills.
- Collaborative, professional and a strong work ethic.
- Strong Understanding of Commercial Furniture for Healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior design concepts that align with client needs and preferences.
- Utilize Revit software to create detailed design plans.
- Manage project timelines and budgets while adhering to design specifications.
- Select appropriate materials, furnishings, and color palettes based on color theory principles.
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction and renovation processes, ensuring quality and compliance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
