As a Healthcare Recruiter, you'll have the opportunity to\:
- Recruit top healthcare talent for Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout the Augusta area
- Partner with nursing center leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Build relationships with nurses, CNAs, therapists, administrative professionals, and other healthcare candidates
- Create candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, community outreach, and recruiting events
- Utilize recruiting technology and applicant tracking systems to manage candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through every step of their hiring journey
- Extend offers and help new team members begin their careers with PruittHealth
- Attend local job fairs, hiring events, and community networking opportunities
