Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality technical cleanings of mini-split systems
- Communicate effectively with customers and our office
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail

Qualifications:
✔ Excellent communication & customer service skills
✔ Strong time management & ability to work independently
✔ Capable of lifting 40 lbs & using ladders safely
✔ Reliable vehicle & smartphone required
✔ Background check required (in compliance with MA law)
