High End Retail General Manager
We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring General Manager to lead our cannabis store located in a premier retail area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a high-end retail background who loves creating great customer experiences and building strong, motivated teams. This role is for someone with a passion cannabis and who understands how to craft a well curated retail experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team to deliver outstanding customer service every day.
- Oversee store operations with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and consistency.
- Help grow the business by driving sales and customer loyalty.
- Create a store environment that feels welcoming, polished, and customer-focused.
- Help educate the local community on cannabis and assist the company in becoming apart of the community.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing in high-end or customer-focused retail. Retail experience preferred.
- A natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing people.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for building great customer relationships.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-moving industry.
- An interest in cannabis and the chance to help shape a growing brand.

Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficient in employee orientation, interviewing techniques, recruiting methods, and training & development practices.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Experience in payroll processing, bookkeeping, inventory management, cash handling, cashiering, and retail sales is essential.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with a focus on team management within a retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service and phone etiquette.
- Organizational skills with effective time management capabilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with POS systems, budgeting practices, inventory , marketing strategies, high end retail boutiques, and selling luxury goods or cannabis is beneficial.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
