What We Offer:

Full-Time Expectations:
- Minimum of 26 points per week
- On-call one weekend per month
- Coverage area includes Mundelein and nearby towns within 25 miles
What You’ll Do:
- Provide skilled, in-home nursing care
- Coordinate with physicians and the care team
- Educate patients and families
- Document visits in AXXESS
Requirements:
- IL RN license
- CPR certified
- Driver’s license and auto insurance
- Home health experience required
