We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Hookah Specialists to join our dynamic team in the food service industry. As a Hookah Specialist, you would be responsible for preparing, serving, and maintaining hookahs, as well as providing excellent customer service, recommending flavors, and ensuring a positive experience for guests.
Responsibilities
- Assembling and packing hookah bowls with shisha.
- Preparing and maintaining hookah equipment (e.g., charcoal, hoses, etc.).
- Serving hookahs to guests promptly and courteously.
- Ensuring the shisha is fresh and properly packed for optimal smoking experience.
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of shisha during guests' smoking sessions.
- Answering questions about hookah flavors and preparation.
- Recommending appropriate hookah flavors and serving suggestions.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintaining shisha inventory and ensuring equipment is working properly.
- Cleaning and resetting used hookahs.
- Maintaining a clean and organized hookah station.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of different hookah flavors and preparation techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle basic cleaning duties.
- A positive and energetic attitude, outgoing and engaging.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Proactive at identifying and completing work needs
- Ability to assess station needs and act accordingly
- Great spoken and written communication
- Ability to follow directions and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Must have the ability to multi-task. Ability to work with little supervision.
