LOCAL CRAFT POSITION:
As a FOH Manager, you are responsible for creating and maintaining a fun, exciting and memorable experience for all our guests. You will have the opportunity to manage and lead a large team utilizing all your past experience, skills, to excel in this fast-paced environment. Bring your energetic personality to Keg Social and host the biggest party in Orlando!
- Acts as an ambassador to Keg Social Orlando, greeting Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while coordinating team members, restaurant sales/labor, and cultivating a party atmosphere.
- Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating!
- 21 years + of age.
- Energetic personality that wants to create memorable experiences for both guests and team members.

- Experience and understanding of managing cost of goods sold and labor management.
- The ability to oversee all aspects of the business - from the smallest details to the big picture.
- Experience maintaining an exceptional guest-focused environment.
- Develop and lead a team of hourly team members to exceed guests expectations and create an awesome experience!
- Display financial understanding by summarizing/analyzing information to budget revenues, measure cost of goods sold on a weekly basis, and daily labor/financial management.
- Demonstrate proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions.
- Engage with guest service focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training and contentious professional development.
- Embracing teamwork while leading others to do the same.
- Must be able to communicate with guests and deliver safety instructions.
- Ensures that our Guests adhere to house policies as outlined and informs management of any issues.
- Bids farewell to Guests leaving. Ensures everything was satisfactory and invites Guests to return.
- Assists other Team Members as needed or as business dictates.
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum Team Member morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness.
- Is dressed in accordance with dress guidelines, looking neat, clean and professional at all times.
- Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English.
