Job Summary
The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. This position is responsible for overseeing front desk operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of guest service. Duties
- Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Train, mentor, and manage front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures within the hotel.
- Monitor front desk inventory and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Skills
- Proficiency in customer service and guest relations to create memorable experiences.
- Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with guests and vendors.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing guest interactions.
- Familiarity with night audit processes is beneficial.
