Summary
We are seeking a Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Converge Hospitality. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional customer service. Your contributions will be vital in creating memorable experiences for our guests and supporting our mission of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist with the night audit process as needed to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and welcoming.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
