The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of the hotel’s buildings, systems, and equipment. The selected candidate will lead and coordinate service with outside vendors and ensure compliance with safety and brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and schedule the maintenance team.
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans for all hotel systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests.
- Oversee capital improvement projects and renovations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage the inventory of tools, supplies, and spare parts.
- Control departmental budgets and expenses.
- HS Diploma/GED equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- $20.00/hr
