We are excited to announce the opening of our new technology headquarters in Mesa, Arizona in 2025. This expansion reflects our commitment to growth and innovation in the climate solutions industry. As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to join its team. Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager.
An overview of responsibilities!
This hands-on position is responsible for the daily support of new and existing equipment and equipment operations- executing maintenance programs, repairs, process improvement and line support- with a safety-first mindset!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain 5’s on the workstations, support the lines, and participate in the H&S program deployment
- Execute maintenance routines (preventive and predictive)
- Lead TPM activities (Total Productive Maintenance)
- Install and program new cranes, CNC, press brake, laser cutting & punch press equipment for metal sheet fabrication
- Develop and implement maintenance programs for new equipment installs and start-ups
- Work closely with Maintenance Technicians to find ways to increase machine reliability on existing and new equipment
- Diagnose equipment breakdowns and action repairs ensuring the direction of labor and planned engineering activities fully support the operation
- Troubleshoot and make machine adjustments to ensure dimensional compliance of parts
- Maintain production rate numbers and perform machine changeovers
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine specifications in equipment
- Leverage equipment diagnostic system to monitor machine performance with plans for improvements
- Contact vendors for remote assistant, quoting and control of spare parts
- Coordinate activities for Facilities
- Other responsibilities as needed
What you will need, among other things!
- 3+years of experience in a similar position
- Strong experience in Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)
- Electric control experience
- CMMS experience
- Excellent customer service
