We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hotel Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance and repair, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining facilities and equipment, ensuring everything operates smoothly and safely.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Utilize tools diagnostics and repairs.
- Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards of facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Preventative Maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- on call for weekends. Will only call in if loss of money and a room needs fixed to rent.
- Pool testing.

- Proven experience in maintenance
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to self motivate.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
