What You’ll Do
As a Supervisor, you’ll primarily work at the front desk and hotel Operations, learning what it takes to lead a successful team while ensuring guests have an outstanding experience. You’ll work closely with management and gain valuable leadership experience in hospitality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm, welcoming experience for guests at check-in and check-out.
- Leading by example at the front desk—ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Handling guest concerns professionally and finding solutions quickly.
- Overseeing front desk agents, assisting with training and coaching.
- Managing reservations and room inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Monitoring Best Western Rewards enrollment and guest engagement.
- Ensuring front desk organization and cleanliness—because first impressions matter!
- Learning about hotel financials, scheduling, and revenue management as part of your leadership training.
- Supporting other departments as needed, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless hotel operations.
