We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas in accordance with hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies as needed.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Live on site and process any after hours check-ins and handle emergency calls
- Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate floor care techniques.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in storage areas and ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service to guests.
