Job Summary: To maintain the safety and well-being of MMR staff and residents while ensuring structure and stability to the facility. Educating staff on proper policies, procedures, and protocol, establishing an effective system of care. Thus, supporting the individuals with respect and care on the road to addiction recovery and emotional wellness.
Essential Functions: Provide training as necessary through employee evaluation and professional development planning.
Assisting with staff duties as necessary, including (but not limited to) med pass, safe resident transport, resident care and concern, grievances etc.
Effective communication with staff, making oneself available to staff and residents on a consistent basis.
Audit intakes on a regular basis to ensure quality assurance.
Follow up on behavior regression plans.
Other Tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
