## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Housing Coordinator to help individuals that are unsheltered access affordable housing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crisis intervention, experience working with adults with disabilities, case management and property management.
## Responsibilities
- Manage tenant relations, including conflict resolution and crisis intervention
- Negotiate leases, rental agreements, and contracts with tenants
- Implement and enforce property rules and regulations in compliance with Fair Housing
- Developing and executing individual treatment plans
- Providing on going support after the move
- Working with appropriate agencies and landlords
- Completing case notes
- Assisting with hoarding
- Being able to lift over 50pds
- Packing and moving furniture
regulations
- Utilize knowledge of Section 8 housing programs
- Conduct property inspections and scheduling maintenance
- Record-keeping
- following Title 17 Regs
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting housing management
