Job Summary
The Grande Talent Acquisition team is excited to offer a summer 2026 internship opportunity for a motivated and forward-thinking college student pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or Business. This internship provides hands-on, project-based experience in key areas such as Handshake platform optimization, employer branding, competitor benchmarking, and collaborative training initiatives with our Talent Development team.
Interns will gain valuable exposure to recruitment strategy while sharpening essential professional skills including collaboration, customer focus, independent and team-based work, attention to detail, time management, and workplace professionalism. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute meaningfully while growing personally and professionally in a dynamic HR environment.

What you need to be considered for the role:
- Student in Sophomore, Junior or Senior level working towards a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Organizational Development, Marketing, Industrial Psychology, Communications or other related field from an accredited school required.
- Good analytical skills
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with others & also independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Able to meet multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with platforms like Handshake, Canva, or survey tools is a plus.
- Passion for Associate growth and development, employer branding, campus recruiting, or talent strategy.
Education
Required- Some college or better in Human Resource Management
