Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture while overseeing various HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Oversee performance management processes to ensure employee development and satisfaction.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including FMLA and OSHA compliance.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Dayforce, Oracle, Paychex, or Paylocity for efficient data management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create budgets related to HR initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Conduct training sessions on company policies and procedures.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a corporate SIMILAR environment.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (Dayforce, Oracle, Paychex, Paylocity).
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management within HR.
- Experience in performance management frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of labor laws including FMLA and OSHA regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
