We are looking for a dedicated and reliable HR Operations Assistant to provide essential support to our Human Resources department. This entry-level role will assist with daily HR operations, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure the smooth execution of HR processes. The HR Operations Assistant will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR team and help create a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the maintenance and accuracy of HR databases and personnel files.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
- Coordinate the collection and processing of employee documents.
- Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist with benefits administration and data entry.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with compliance documentation.
- Schedule HR meetings and interviews as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support other HR team members with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative or HR support role (internship or entry-level experience accepted).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fully remote environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
