Primary Job Responsibilities:

● Maintain a thorough working knowledge of company policies and procedures while supporting

venue General Managers in ensuring employee compliance.

● Assist the HR Generalist with maintaining and updating employee records, both digital and

physical, in compliance with legal and company requirements.

● Assist with the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for frontline positions, including job

postings, applicant screening, interview coordination, new hire paperwork, conducting

orientation and system entries.

● Support the Payroll and Benefits Specialist as needed and directly address employee inquiries.

● Facilitate and monitor online training for new hires, including ADP modules, safety, and

position-specific training modules.

● Evaluate and process employment forms, such as W-4, Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC), and

I-9 forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and company standards.

● Maintain strict confidentiality and secure handling of all employees, personnel, and company

data.

● Coordinate HR-related communications, including distributing internal memos, announcements,

meeting reminders, and compliance updates.

● Assist with HR compliance audits and documentation preparation.

● Other duties that may be assigned

Required Qualifications & Skills:

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.

● Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

● Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple

priorities in a fast-paced environment.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems such as

Workday and Dimensions is preferred.

● Ability to maintain composure and professionalism while managing sensitive employee issues.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
