Organizational Overview: Forward Leading IPA (FLIPA) is a nonprofit membership association of safety net providers working in partnership to provide the highest quality integrated healthcare to historically underserved populations in Upstate New York since 2017. FLIPA is renowned for its commitment to integrating primary care, behavioral health, and social care needs. Our growing membership serves individuals across more than 27 counties and includes federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), behavioral health providers, and a rural health network consisting of eight county public health departments.

Job Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing internal and external communications, as well as supporting various HR functions. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure effective information flow within the organization.
- Co-manage social media accounts and online presence to enhance brand and employee visibility.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Assist in organizing training and development initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Engage with leadership for benefits development and selection.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in communications and/or human resources roles.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound judgment and decision-making ability.
- Initiative to complete projects and tasks independently.

Salary Range: Salary is commensurate to education and experience with a range of $55,000 to $65,000.
Additional information: This position will be remote with periodic in-person meetings.
