The Human Resources Manager position is located at our Cher-Make facility. What you'll do:
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Develops a positive working relationship with leaders and engaging culture to facilitate change and reinforce company values.
- Builds effective relationships with functional leadership to understand their business goals and to proactively identify and implement solutions that align with organizational strategies.
What you'll bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field plus a minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulatory compliance with EEOC, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, FLSA, and other state or federal laws.
- Experience working in a manufacturing facility strongly desired.
