Are you a detail-oriented HR professional fluent in Korean and English? A growing company is seeking a Korean-English Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join their team. This is a full-time, onsite role ideal for candidates with a strong understanding of HR practices and a passion for supporting employees throughout the employment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process: post job openings, review resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate background checks.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including new hire orientations and exit interviews.
- Assist with benefits administration and employee enrolment processes.
- Ensure timely approval of employee timecards by department managers.
- Respond to employee questions related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Provide general HR support and complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a human resources role is preferred.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Korean and English is required.
