Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team at Chrysalis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that our organization is equipped with the right talent and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage various HR functions effectively.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.

Manage talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.

Administer employee benefits programs, including FMLA and workers’ compensation claims.

Maintain accurate employee records through effective data entry practices in HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, Ceridian, or Dayforce.

Address employee relations issues and manage conflict resolution to foster a harmonious workplace.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining best practices in HR management.

Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition and conflict management.

Familiarity with HR software systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, Ceridian, or Dayforce.

Strong understanding of FMLA regulations and workers’ compensation processes.

Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
