Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for performing professional level Human Resources activities in employment, compensation, benefit administration, employee relations, training and development, workers compensation, unemployment insurance, provider credentialing, human resources information systems, policies and procedures and leave of absence management.

Education/Experience/Certification
1. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or 5 – 7 years of related HR experience, with at least 3 years of managerial and supervising experience.
2. 3 years of experience in credentialing, privileging, and enrollment of providers within a multi-practice FQHC health care setting is required.
3. Prefer FQHC or healthcare setting HR experience.
Skills and Specifications
1. Skill in overseeing payroll with ADP experience strongly preferred.
2. Demonstrate skills and experience in resolving employee relations issues.
3. Prior experience administering salary and benefits programs.
4. Strong computer literacy and skills with specific experience in MS Office applications, payroll, and related software.
5. A working knowledge of all human resource activities and associated state and federal regulations (e.g. COBRA, Wage and Hour laws, Fair Labor Standards Act, Equal Employment regulations, OSHA, Workers’ Compensation, American Disabilities Act, FMLA, CFRA, etc.)
6. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills required.
7. Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is highly desired.
Physical Requirement
1. Physical effort which may include occasional light lifting to a 25 pound limit, and some bending, stooping or squatting. Considerable walking may be involved. The ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $83,200.00 - $104,000.00 per year
