Human Resources Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of fostering a positive workplace culture while managing HR functions effectively.

Duties

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including talent acquisition and onboarding of new employees.
• Oversee employee performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations to maintain a harmonious workplace.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including FMLA and other relevant policies.
• Conduct data analysis to inform HR decisions and improve processes related to employee engagement and retention.
• Manage budgets related to HR functions, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Utilize HR software systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, Dayforce, and Ceridian for efficient HR operations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of HR services.

Experience

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources management.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and regulations.
• Experience in conflict management and resolution strategies.
• Proficiency in data analysis skills to drive decision-making processes.
• Familiarity with budget management within an HR context is preferred.
• Previous experience with talent acquisition strategies is essential.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
