POSITION TITLE: Human Resources Manager

REPORTS TO: President & CEO
JOB TYPE: Full-Time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Three or more years of experience in Human Resources and employee recruitment.
- Strong understanding of national laws related to Human Resources.
- Ensure compliance with national and local HR regulations by conducting investigations and maintaining records.
- Familiarity with the Joint Commission (JCAHO) review and compliance.
- Familiar with ADP HR software, preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolutions skills.
- Proficient in payroll processing.
- Experience in overseeing performance reviews and evaluations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s overall goals.

o Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes.
· :
o Manage employee relations, address grievances, and handle disciplinary actions.
· :
o Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
· :
o Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
· :
o Develop and implement training programs for employees.
· :
o Oversee performance reviews and evaluations.

o Manage compensation and salary structures.
· :
o Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
· :
o Support organizational development initiatives.
· :
o Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
· :
o Develop and manage the HR budget.
