Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Manage talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media management.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to inform HR decisions and improve processes.
- Develop and implement succession planning initiatives to ensure organizational stability.
- Collaborate with department heads on employee performance management and development plans.
- Utilize HR software for efficient data management and reporting.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager for a home health agency, at least three years.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with benefits administration and compliance regulations.
- Proficient in using HR software systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making in HR practices.
- Experience in succession planning is preferred but not mandatory.
