1.Uses Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and agency regulations to carry out a full range of recruitment and staffing functions for EOUST and the Program at large.
2. Drafts and packages Position Descriptions (PDs) and works with Justice Management Division’s (JMD) classification team to finalize PDs. Maintains PD library.
3. Oversees and manages the Program’s TRANServe benefits and the Program’s Personnel Portal.
4. Handles onboarding/offboarding for the executive office.
5. Oversees Student Loan Repayment Programs.
6. Acts as the Program’s point of contact for HR & payroll-related matters while being responsible for the Program’s recruitment actions and provides expertise in USTP’s Schedule B hiring authority.
7. Responsible for maintaining multiple mailboxes, including USTP HR Help, internships & employment.
8. Responsible for routing the Program’s SF52 signatures to the Deputy Director for Filed Operations and Deputy Director for Management.
9. Responsible for the preparation and distribution of the bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
10. Acts as a liaison with Office of Attorney Recruitment and Management and Justice Management Division Human Resources.
11. Maintains and updates Details, Intern, and Recruitment trackers.

B. Education: Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in business or other related discipline from an accredited university.
C. Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hiring, training, documenting, and supporting personnel with onboarding and offboarding resources
Clearance: Public Trust (Tier 4) (US Citizenship required)
