Implementation Supervisor II – Job Summary
The Implementation Supervisor II plays a key role in supporting mid-to-large scale Helix Migration projects across single or multiple sites involving various products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to manage complex customer migrations from planning through execution and post-implementation.
Additional Job Details: Max pay rate allowed is $50 hr Travel - domestic, potentially LATAM Candidate who speaks Portuguese and Spanish
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee solution migrations, ensuring alignment with customer and company goals.
- Develop and manage implementation models including:
- Deployment plans
- Scheduling phases
- Communication strategies
- User acceptance training
- Reporting mechanisms
- Supervise and coordinate cross-functional implementation teams.
- Conduct project analysis, create templates, report lessons learned, and perform post-implementation audits.
- Manage client communications and provide weekly reporting on migration status.
- Attend and contribute to daily Zoom meetings and regular project status reviews.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure alignment and escalate issues as needed.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent) to monitor and track success.
Travel Requirements:
- Domestic travel required for onsite support.
- Occasional international travel may be needed, evaluated case-by-case.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in project management practices and tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Comfortable leading virtual and in-person meetings.
