Duties
- Respond to inbound calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers with their needs.
- Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on previous interactions and enhance customer relationships.
- Document all customer interactions in Salesforce or other CRM systems for record-keeping purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to identify sales opportunities and promote additional products or services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in sales or inside sales roles.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to technical sales.
