Duties
- Respond promptly to inbound calls from customers, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately while managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Assist customers with account-related questions, product information, and service issues.
- Handle cash transactions when necessary, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide support in multiple languages as needed to accommodate diverse clientele.
Experience
- Previous experience in client services or customer service roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized systems is essential.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are crucial for success in this position.
- Ability to handle cash transactions effectively is a plus.
