Job Title: Infant Teacher
Location: JFUMC Christian Childcare Center in Jacksonville, AR

At JFUMC Christian Childcare Center, we provide a loving, faith-based environment where children are nurtured, supported, and encouraged to grow. We are seeking a caring and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team and help provide quality care and early learning experiences for our youngest learners.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months.
- Develop daily routines that support each child’s physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
- Create and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Implement age-appropriate activities that encourage early learning and development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Communicate daily with parents about their child’s progress, routines, and needs.
- Follow all licensing regulations and center policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an infant/toddler classroom preferred.
- CDA (Child Development Associate) or a degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus (but not required).
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for working with infants and families.
