Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for off-road and performance products, as well as fleet and commercial vehicle equipment. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best solutions from our extensive range of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services offered.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Participate in community events and car shows to promote the store.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive or aftermarket accessories industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Knowledge of off-road and performance products, as well as fleet and commercial vehicle equipment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.

Expected hours: 36 – 46 per week
