What you will do:
The Installation Coordinator position is responsible for owning the Easy Ice customer experience with all aspects of the installation process within a designated region. This position will serve as a liaison between sales team, warehouse, field service, and Easy Ice customers. This candidate must be energetic and enthusiastic and be able to forge necessary relationships among internal and external stakeholders.
How you will do it:
- Coordinates the scheduling of all install activities
- Validates with customer that all install requirements have been met prior to scheduling installs
- Assist in confirming all Install work is completed to Easy Ice SOP
- Source equipment locally or through the Easy Ice data base
- Proactively manage customer situations regarding timing, work effort, customer responsibilities, etc.
- Effectively communicate with customers and internal departments (Sales Coordinator, Warehouse, FS Manager, and Lead Dispatcher) through email, applications and phone
- Uphold a high level of customer service and expectation with all customer interaction
- Understanding and knowledge of Salesforce, ability to maneuver within and obtain customer information
- Responsible for creating and setting up maintenance plans
- Ensuring that the account has all the proper information for the handoff to Service Delivery and Accounting
- Initiate work orders with service partners through Easy Ice and Easy Ice partner’s computer systems
- Operate, maintain, and deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask in a faced pace environment
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
- Maintain positive office atmosphere/environment
What we are look for:
Education: Associates/Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of related experience
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service role
- Demonstrated track record of delivering highest level of customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated track record of working effectively with employees in various departments of the company
- Working knowledge of computer programs and multi-line phone systems
Other Desired Skills:
- Strong command of company’s customer service policies
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience
- A desire to continually increase your knowledge of the industries we serve; and, products, services and processes our company can produce

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential
- Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use
- Sits for extended periods of time
- Must have sufficient visual acuity to be able to work, for prolonged periods of time, on a computer monitor
