What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client accounts and provide recommendations for coverage enhancements.
- Quote and sell auto, home, and other personal lines of insurance.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding policy details and claims processes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and market insurance products effectively.
- Proactively follow up on leads and referrals to close sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Sales-minded individuals with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized, while problem-solving
- Must be willing to obtain or already hold a Georgia Personal Lines Insurance License (we will help with that!)
- Prior customer service or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
