Requirements
- Current property & casualty insurance license required.
- Team player in a fast-paced environment that possesses empathy and persuasion.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detailed, organized with great time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention.
- Prepare timely and complete insurance quotes for customers.
- Round out accounts by offering additional personal lines coverages and life insurance.
- Conduct regular account reviews to improve retention.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
- Ethical conduct at all times.
