Role responsibilities
- Work directly with employers to help solve benefits challenges with our plans and services.
- Generate sales with company provided leads, personal networking, referrals and cold calls.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations and enrollments at worksites and remote environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and claims support to new and existing policyholders.
- Attend team meetings, product training and mentor sessions.
Requirements
- California Life and/or Health Insurance License
- Proven experience in insurance sales
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
