Job Summary
We are an insurance office located in Grand Island NY. This position is ideal for someone who has previous office experience and is looking for a part time job.
Responsibilities
This role services, manages, and maintains personal lines insurance accounts
Process changes on policies, respond to billing questions, and provide superior customer service.
Must be very comfortable with using any and all types of technology (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, and our Management System.
Must be pleasant on the phone while answering clients questions and concerns.
The ideal candidate will be a true self-starter with a desire to learn, detail orientated with an outgoing, friendly personality and have clean, legiable handwriting.
Requirements
- Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years in customer service and proven to work in an office setting for at least 2 years. Insurance experience a plus but not required. Will train the right candidate.
- You must be able to work all day on Fridays, 9-5, all other days of the week are negotiable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
