South Shore Insurance Inc., a trusted personal lines insurance agency based in Stuart, Florida, is looking for a Renewal Retention Specialist to join our dedicated team!
In this role, you’ll focus on remarketing personal insurance renewals—primarily homeowners and auto—while providing outstanding service and support to our existing clients. You’ll help us maintain our strong retention rates by offering competitive options and proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remarketing personal lines renewals (homeowners and auto) to ensure best-fit coverage.
- Contacting clients to discuss renewal terms, options, and pricing.
- Working closely with the team to maintain and improve retention goals.
- Using systems such as QuoteRush, Citizens, and various carrier platforms efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 440 license required (minimum)
- Experience with QuoteRush, Citizens, and familiarity with most homeowners insurance carrier systems.
- Minimum 3 years experience quoting homeowners insurance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Light commercial insurance knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- Prior experience in personal lines insurance preferred.
