Duties
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, terms, and conditions.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote insurance products and services.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct telemarketing efforts to reach potential customers and expand the client base.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy changes in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that enhance product visibility.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service background with a proven ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience in analyzing market trends and customer needs is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset, enabling effective communication with a wider audience.
- Familiarity with telemarketing practices is beneficial for reaching potential clients.
