Position Summary & Responsibilities: Integrity Manager
The Integrity Unit is seeking a qualified and experienced supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team committed to fraud prevention, compliance, and quality improvement.
Primary responsibilities include:
  • Promoting a culture of total quality management through structured processes, education, recognition, and clear communication.
  • Supervising Integrity Leads, Adjudicators and Special Investigators in activities related to workflow coordination, policy development, training recommendations, and operational oversight.
  • Supporting organizational change by fostering teamwork and applying disciplined approaches to problem solving and decision making.
  • Ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high staff morale across all functions.
  • Overseeing investigations involving tax audits, UI benefits fraud, identity theft, and fictitious employers.
  • Conducting monthly performance feedback sessions to address growth opportunities, attendance, and recognition of achievements.
  • Identifying technical and procedural issues, coordinating resolution efforts, and collaborating with project management to implement changes.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and policies while ensuring compliance with federal and agency performance standards.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align adjudication and contact center operations.
  • Preparing and delivering testimony in administrative hearings, district court, and appeals as required, including documentation of evidence and case status reports.


This leadership role requires a strong understanding of investigative procedures, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency within a public service context.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years’ experience interacting with clients, customers or the public in a social service, customer service or problem resolution setting.
  • 5 years’ experience interpreting various laws, regulations and agency policies.
  • 2 years’ experience writing policies or procedures.
