We are seeking an experienced self-starter who wants to work on mitigating real world harm and protecting our community to join the Product, Services, and Information (PSI) Integrity Operations Team. We count on program managers to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insight into user behavior in order to drive prevention and detection solutions at scale. By working cross-functionally, we identify and pursue areas for process and product improvement, enabling us to better protect our community at scale. And by focusing on decision quality, we ensure that we are held accountable for our actions. This role will work closely with partners across Product, Engineering, Policy, and other Meta teams to drive operational projects in a fast paced and data driven environment.Project Manager, Integrity Operations Responsibilities
- Own, develop, execute and manage integrity support strategies for Meta’s integrity products with Product, Engineering, Operations and Policy teams
- Analyze data, identify trends for harm on the platform and provide recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements to develop or improve scalable solutions
- Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real world threats
- Work with vendor facing teams to develop, support and improve scaled review processes supporting Meta’s global user base
- Use strategic thinking and problem solving skills to identify, set strategy for, and resolve large and complex business problems
- 4+ years of experience working in Business Operations, Management Consulting, Project Management or equivalent Product-focused teams
- 4+ years of project/program management experience driving end to end initiatives
- 4+ years of experience analyzing large datasets in SQL, Google Sheets or similar tools
- Experience autonomously leading process improvement projects across a dynamic and cross-functional landscape
- Experience working in, communicating with, and leading global cross-functional project teams
- Demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity and achieving outcomes in fast paced environments
- Experience working in Integrity or Trust & Safety organizations
- Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
- 1+ year of experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) and/or similar programming language to perform advanced analysis
