JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
JOB SUMMARY -- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
Perform duties as an Intelligence Analyst supporting the execution of command and control, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and targeting (C2ISRT) aggressor operations during joint and service-level exercises by operating tools, replicating adversary command and control, ISR collection, targeting behaviors, and coordinating with planners and training audiences. This position focuses on implementing adversary TTPs and killchain logic in real-time during exercises, contributing to realistic and challenging threat environments to facilitate the generation of USSF and Joint force combat readiness.
Employee will be responsible for the following functions/duties:
- Conducts research and analysis on adversary doctrine, force structure, decision-making processes, and kill chain execution to inform threat replication and scenario design.
- Operates assigned systems, software tools, or classified capabilities to simulate adversary ISR, targeting, and command-and-control processes in accordance with provided replication guidance and exercise objectives.
- Interprets threat-based scripts, injects, and timelines to deliver realistic adversary activity across the full kill web during live or simulated events.
- Reviews and adheres to Security Classification Guides (SCGs) and derivative classification rules when handling classified materials or creating exercise content.
- Assists with post-exercise data collection and after-action reviews (AARs) by documenting aggressor actions and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Supports the development and presentation of adversary-centric briefings and threat assessments to training audiences, exercise planners, and senior leadership to support realistic threat emulation in joint and space-centric training environments.
- Supports the production of written intelligence products, operational overlays, vignettes, and target system models that accurately represent adversary integration of multi-domain C2ISRT functions.
- Participates in internal training to maintain currency on adversary doctrine, replication techniques, and toolsets.
- Serves as a liaison with customers at assigned levels
- Provides support to specialized technical groups/committees
- Perform other related duties and assignments as directed
REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE
The incumbent must have an Associate in Science (AS) or equivalent experience and three years specialized experience in gathering, analyzing, compiling, and developing products on various threat, intelligence, and technological developments derived from the research of databases, films, journals, images, HUMINT, SIGINT, and/or professional contacts. Some positions may require engineering design and advanced computer skills using software products such as CAD and other graphic design programs.
In addition, an Intelligence Analyst II must possess the following qualifications:
- TS/SCI clearance required; experience with SAP or ACCM/SAR programs preferred.
- Experience supporting joint or service-level exercises, training environments, or adversary replication efforts (e.g., aggressor squadrons, red teams, or OPFOR cells).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex threat information into training scenarios, vignettes, or TTPs to support operational readiness.
- Must possess planning/organizing skills
- Must be able to work under deadlines
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must qualify for and maintain a government security clearance
- Must possess a valid, state-issued driver's license
SALARY
The expected salary range for this position is $76,000 to $108,000 annually.

Working Conditions
This position involves work typical of an office environment with no unusual hazards. There is occasional lifting to (30) pounds, constant sitting and use of a computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while writing, reviewing and editing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, and constant mental alertness. The incumbent must be able to work duty days in excess of eight hours and perform shift and weekend work to meet required schedule demands.
This position may require travel.
