Job Description:

The Intercompany Support Coordinator will be responsible for transferring and distributing products, mail, packages, official reports, and confidential dispatched materials between TTI facilities.
Primary Responsibilities
- U.S. mail pickup and delivery at post offices and TTI facilities.
- Perform confidential banking activities at specific locations.
- Transfer and delivery of products for testing, samples, etc.
- Perform special messenger services for confidential dispatches.
- Provide delivery of express shipments from the mailroom to the guardhouse.
- Position is responsible for a wide range of assistance in general facilities duties.
- Provide support to ALL TTI facilities (TFC, TPC, TIC, Test Labs, DTFO Store, etc.)
- Possess the ability to operate company vehicles for all assigned tasks
- Backup support for primary roles to include TPC A-Dock, TIC A-Dock, and Courier Service
- Ability to maintain professionalism always with all employees and customers
- Committed to safety and organizational goals.
- Performs all duties promptly.
- Ensures that customer service is achieved daily
- Moves office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested.
- Compliance with all OSHA, DHEC, and other related policies is necessary.
- Equipment: Skilled in the SAFE operation and use of forklifts.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Able to operate a forklift and powered pallet jack.
- Able to operate scrubbers and sweepers if needed.
- Ability to work at heights if needed.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions/work elements and to respond to emergencies.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
- Ability to work independently or in a group setting.
- Must have the ability to bring a proactive mindset, operating with the highest level of integrity and customer service; must maintain a professional attitude.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with Leadership regarding areas of opportunity and individual concerns.
Physical Demands
- Standing for extended periods.
- Repetitive motion.
- Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of parts and containers.
- Frequent lifting up to 50lbs – team lifts over 50lbs.
- Able to work in various temperature conditions.
