VaynerSports is recruiting organized, self-motivated and analytical individuals to join our team as Interns.

Our Agency
We are a next-generation sports agency built to support the modern athlete – spanning contract negotiation, brand building, content creation, marketing, NIL and all facets in between.
Our internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience in the dynamic and fast-paced world of sports, media, and athlete representation.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Support day-to-day operating objectives of the assigned department (e.g., Football, Baseball, Marketing, NIL, Creative, Operations, etc.)
2. Assist with research, content creation, and strategic support for internal and client-facing projects.
3. Participates in the planning and implementation of department projects and initiatives reporting directly to departmental leadership or coordinators.
4. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners, vendors and talent.

5. Receives mentorship, training, and exposure to real-world agency operations from experienced personnel.

Minimum Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at time of internship.
- Passion for sports, athlete empowerment, marketing, or digital media.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, team-oriented environments.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic creative tools.
Conditions of Employment
- Must be eligible to receive college credit at internship completion
- Must present transcripts prior to a formal offer being extended.
- This is a fixed-term position: Fall (Jan-May) / Spring (May-Aug) / Summer (Aug-Dec)
